Who is Jain Art Villa?
We are a family of artisans and manufacturers with more than 45 years of experience in brass and copper handicrafts. Each piece reflects generations of craftsmanship and a love for India’s artistic heritage. We serve individual customers, retailers, wholesalers, exporters, corporate clients and wedding planners.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Our pieces are crafted and finished by skilled artisans. Because each one is made by hand, small variations in colour, pattern or finish are natural and are part of what makes it unique.
Is the brass pure? Will it tarnish?
Brass naturally develops a patina over time, so some darkening is normal. A quick polish brings back the shine (see the care section below).
Are your items safe for food and drink?
Many of our kitchen and dining pieces, such as thali sets, ghee pots and kullad glasses, are designed for serving and storage. Please check each product page for its intended use and care instructions. Items made mainly for décor or gifting, such as candle holders and decorative urlis, are not meant for food use.

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your favourites to the cart, and check out. You can pay as a guest or log in to check out faster and track your orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
The available payment options are shown at checkout.
Do you have any discounts running?
We often run festive offers. Look out for the announcement bar at the top of our website, where we share active coupon codes such as seasonal discounts. Enter the code at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
We run free shipping offers across India for limited periods. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method, and the weight and size of your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email when your order ships.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
These are estimates. Weather, carrier delays and other factors outside our control can affect timing.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we ship only within India through website. For out of India you can contact or drop mail at info@brass-gifts.com
Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
No. Please provide a full physical address.
