1. Original Packaging: All returned items must be in their original packaging.

2. Condition of Items: Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

3. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch if you change your mind.

4. No Returns for Buyer Remorse: Claims based on buyer remorse (e.g., mistaken purchases or changing your mind) are not accepted under this policy.

5. Handcrafted Variations: Our products are meticulously handcrafted, and slight variations such as changes in color or pattern may occur. These minor adjustments do not qualify for returns.

6. Clearance Sale Items: All items in our clearance sale are non-returnable. This includes products with minor dents, fading, or scratches, as long as the functionality remains uncompromised. Returns are only accepted for significant damage, such as leakage or breakage.

7. Product Functionality: Even if clearance sale items exhibit minor cosmetic flaws, their functionality remains at 100%.

8. False Claims: If Jain Art Villa suspects or has knowledge that a buyer is providing false, misleading, or non-genuine claims, we reserve the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings. We may also suspend, block, restrict, or cancel the user ID of such buyers, disqualifying them from availing protections under this policy.
